Donation Refund Policy
NAMO NARAYAN SEWA SANSTHAN institutes a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. However, as a non-profit organization, we expect that all donations are made voluntarily for the cause.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors, such as duplicate transaction charges, accidental double payments, or unauthorized use of credit cards. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund due to a technical error, please email us at info@namonarayang.com or call 9999787722. Please include your transaction ID, date of donation, and proof of payment. Our team will review the request within 7-10 working days.
Tax Certificate Implications
If a tax deduction certificate (80G) has already been issued for a donation, that donation becomes ineligible for a refund to comply with government financial regulations.
